​VetDI provides teleradiology and educational services to the veterinary community in the UK and worldwide allowing your practice to benefit from Specialist expertise in diagnostic imaging.

For practices located in the South West of England, we provide an on-site ultrasonography service.

VetDI was set up by Nicolette Hayward in 2007 to provide Specialist diagnostic imaging support to  the veterinary profession.  An Edinburgh graduate, after several years working as a vet in general practice, Nic undertook a residency at the University of Cambridge, obtaining RCVS and European Diplomas in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging in 2003/4.  Nic  has worked in academia and referral hospitals in the UK and abroad and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

Working globally

​Nic is committed to the improvement of veterinary education in the UK and globally. Consequently, Nic regularly travels to support vets working for charitable organisations and institutions worldwide, involving imaging of a huge range of species.

​Recent training courses have been held in Bhutan, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Cambodia.
